I have been professionally recognized to have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) since 2019. If you don’t know what that is, it is a dissociative disorder caused by excessive trauma during early childhood; this disorder results in multiple ego states that have failed to integrate during early childhood development & have instead developed into separate people, complete with separate experiences from one another.
